MACHINING OF FORMS

To machine small or large parts, ALMAY has a variety of machining tools that can machine complex forms in 3 and 5 axes. Five FAO stations are used for continuous programming of machining tools whose maximum dimension reaches 4800 x 2600 x 1000 mm. Our CNC centres are equipped to implement any type of material from modelling boards to aluminium.

TOOLING

Based on extensive experience in the most demanding sectors of activity, our project managers carry out a complete study of your tooling based on your data and specificities of your business line. Thus, we offer manufacturing solutions for optimised customised tooling.

MASTER MODEL AND MOULDS

ALMAY implements all of its digital design resources and manual skills to produce high quality composite prototype and production parts. We also offer a set of technologies for the rapid development of your products: ABS fused deposition modelling, stereolithography, silicone moulds, vacuum casting.

TECHNICAL COMPOSITES

Thanks to a powerful vacuum network, an air-conditioned and soundproofed room, a 180° C drying oven and a proactive R&D department, ALMAY masters implementation techniques such as vacuum infusion, the use of prepregs, and RTM light. An expertise in designing and producing parts as well as composite subassemblies made of materials with demanding properties such as carbon or Kevlar carbon.

COMPOSITE PRODUCTION

In addition to its expertise, ALMAY can also hand-make small and large composite parts either by contact molding or simultaneous projection. A manual expertise particularly suited for the manufacturing of tools or high-end cowling, bodywork, boating parts etc.

PROTOTYPES, SETS AND SUBSETS

As an integrator, ALMAY can undertake the production of your prototypes – in part or in whole – and can do this through a network of efficient and reliable subcontractors as well as sophisticated internal assembly capabilities.
